Welcome to Crestuma, Vila Nova de Gaia, where will take place (from 18th to 20th September) the World Championships Canoe Marathon, an even that will put together the best international specialists. The Portuguese Canoe Federation, Clube Náutico de Crestuma and the Mayor are working together in order to promote an event that we wish will be remembered in canoe events history. Starting with this website, where we hope to have all the information to please your needs and help you to prepare your visit.

It is our main goal provide to all countries involved in the race the best conditions before, during and after the competition. We hope you find the best solution for your participation, with the organization of this World Championship 2009.
