Entries And Other information Dates

All entries, including athletes, coaches, officials and other staff, must be submitted online in this website.

All Federations must register in this site before proceed to the online entries.

Other reservations, like boat rental, press forms, rent cars etc, must be submitted by email to the or­ganization.

Accreditation information

During the nominal entries, that will be done online in the official website, your team must provide all data requested, including one picture from every member of the team.

This online accreditation is obligatory for every team members.

When arriving to the airport, there will be a small office in the arrivals area, where you should go and ask for transport to your choosen hotel.

This hotel offices will be always at your service, if you need anything from the organization.

The accreditation cards will be used by the organization to control all the access to the different areas,

and also to control the lunch meals,during the event.

Transport

This shuttle will transport all team members from the hotel to the racing course, and from the racing course to the hotel.

Deadlines

Please rembember the dates to submit information to the organization.

If you still didn`t send your numerical form, please do it as soon as possible. Also the hotel request is urgent, because many accomodations are getting full.

Team Leader`s Package

Next information will be the teamleaders-information package which will be send 1 ½ week before the World Championships to the teammanager and national federation. Include in this package will be the provisional startlist and all information which will be important for teams. This information will only send by e-mail and will also published at the official website.
