Aditional Rates


If your team is planning to come to Portugal before 14th September 2009 please contact the organiza­tion to check the available services, including Accommodation, Transport and Meals

The prices of the accommodation in all categories include Breakfast and dinner at the chosen hotel, lunch at the regatta course, and transport from and to the airport.

Also the shuttle service during the competition days (from 15th to 20th) is included in the price of the accommodation.

All team members must pay a fee of 25€, which includes the following:

- Accreditation

- Medical Care at the Course

- Participation in the Opening Ceremony

- Security Service at the Course

- Access pass and parking for one trailer in the venue and accredited vehicles outside the venue

- Organisation Fee

- Mineral Water during competition days

- If your team is not accommodated in one of the organization hotels, this fee is 25€/day/person.

CANCELATION TERMS

If you cancel your booking, a charge will be made equivalent to any loss suered by organization.

The amount of any cancellation fee will be calculated as itemized below according to notice given

August 18, 2009 no forfeit of total costs

September 4, 2009 50% of total costs

September 11, 2009 100% of total costs

 

CONTITIONS OF PAYMENT

The payment for all the concepts (booking, transfer, catering and participation fee) must 50% be paid by 4th September. The rest 50% must be paid before arrival.

Organization will only accept payments by bank tranfer ande before arrival.
